As with all service and repair work over the years with the 5 Range Rovers we have owned, all items of the work, including replacement of lower control arms, rear brakes, tires, alignment and an oil change, were performed within the estimated time limits and previous cost estimates. The vehicle now handles and rides like new, thanks to the effort and expertise of the repair team. I highly recommend them.
Land Rover-Peoria provided excellent service. They were able to schedule my visit very quickly. They provided me with a list of squawks within a few hours, along with the recommended repair and price quote. Amanda did a great job, the communication was very good, and the car was completed in a timely manner. The dealership looked brand new, with 1st-class service and was spotless. Aaron Jones was fabulous from start to finish. He kept me informed on the status ofJeep daily til we could make the 3 hour trip down. Aaron had the Jeep warmed up and ready when we arrived to test drive it. Aaron answered all of questions we had. I visited this dealership on 10/20/23 and the customer service was excellent. I felt like I was important to them which unfortunately, many businesses do not have that kind of hospitality. My Jaguar has been having problems with the door locks since early September because no none else was as knowledgeable as this dealership. I went from a month and a half of suffering, to my car being fixed in less than a couple of hours. Thank you so much, I can finally lock my car. This was the best customer service ever!!!
Had to send our car in for a recall, and we live about two hours away, they came picked up. Our car left us a wonderful loaner and returned it the next day, so we didn’t have to takeoff work. Great service!

Everything was smooth for a quick sale. My only gripe as an out of state buyer is that there is a 10 business day check hold policy, even if the check is directly from Bank of America for financing. So now they're holding the check and my down payment and the car for at least two weeks, then it can be transported to me.

Peoria Jaguar Land Rover was great. They gave me a loaner vehicle while they ordered parts to repair my Range Rover. When there was a small delay waiting for parts, it didn’t really matter to me because I had a beautiful new Discovery to drive.
