While searching for a Defender I spoke with several dealers. This was the ONLY one that communicated well. They listened, followed up (even after the sale), and treated me fantastic. I have bought five vehicles from Land Rover Peoria, and each experience has been exceptional; the sales and service staff are the best.
Excellent from dealership manager to Amanda in service and the gentleman who diagnosed my issue and repair to Ann at reception. Of several Jaguar dealership I’ve had between my 2 Jaguars all of the dealerships very good BUT THIS ONE is certainly top notch for their personnel.
This dealership goes above and beyond for their customers. I live 120 miles away and they come get my vehicle to service it. This is such a time saver for me.
First time there for Service. No complaints!! Friendly staff, quick work. I'm happy with them.
I believe the prices were extremely high. My initial quote of $7,250 was increased over another $500 plus. My insurance covered the damages but the final price was very close to the value of the car. Then as I paid the bill I was presented with a quote for recommended maintenance of over $4,000. I found that outrageous, especially after the high repair bill just paid. Poor timing and poor judgement.
Very accommodating !! They will go to the extra mile to make you feel taken care off. Manager is very genuine and will look after you too.

When making to appointment I was told they could order touch up paint and paint the scratch on the back of my car. Upon arriving I was told they no longer had a body shop and could not to that. My steering wheel (I have white interior) is a dirty greasy mess. Usually higher end car dealerships use steering wheel covers to prevent this!

They fixed my car quickly and are very friendly and accommodating. I’ve had my Range rover sport serviced there several times. Everyone from the dealer manager to the receptionist are great to deal with.
Convoluted, along with annoying claims that a part or part(s) might need to ”come from Europe” with no reliable time frame for arrival because “it’s too new”. 🙄 I’ve had some previous LR/RR service experiences that were direct and timely, This was not one of them.
Good service, but a little upset at some of the practices. Our car was picked up for service. We forgot to fill the tank with gas. Totally our fault. The dealership put in 5-6 gallons of gas to address our mistake at a price of over $90! Unacceptable to me.

Generally speaking, I hate my Land Rover LR2 because the electical system drains the battery and I''m constantly stranded all over the place. Several weeks ago I was stranded again. I did not take my Land Rover to the dealership because I do not trust them. Me and my husband traveled over 2 and half hours to this dealership to purchase a vechicle. We set up an appointment and spoke extensively with the sales reps on our interest. Upon our arrival to the dealership, we were told by the general manager that he would not sell us the vechile that we traveled over 240 miles to purchase. The management at this dealership is very unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. I highly suggest not making the mistake that myself and my husband made by working with this dealership.

This dealership is Great! I had been looking for a specific kind of vehicle and couldn't find the deal. I needed. I came here and not only did they greet me with open arms, but both Aaron's made sure I was taken care of, and also made sure it was the car I wanted and needed and got me the price range I was looking for! Just know the Aaron Jones is the man!
I live 239 miles from the dealership and was able to work out a deal including my trade using a couple of phone calls and text messages. I figured once I had made the 4-hour drive things would change. Much to my surprise, the deal was done within one hour down to the cent we had agreed to. Aaron Jones was easy and a delight to work with My only regret is that they are 239 Miles away!
